- For Pre-Order or Made-to-Order stock or busy periods such as product launches or sales, please allow up to 21 days for processing and delivery.
- Standard processing and shipping times please allow 3-7 business days.
- Free local delivery to the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and surrounds will take place on a Thursday or Friday between 10am - 3pm.
- Orders are processed between Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, AEST.
- Shipping time may vary according to Australia Post and Courier time frames and zones these times do not include order processing time. Please note all orders leave from a Canberra-based facility.Â
- In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email or message from our team.
- Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.
