Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy

Please read below for all of the information regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, faulty items and, how to return your item(s).

  • Full refund or size exchange available for all full price items. 
  • Sale items are eligible for a size exchange only, unless item is deemed faulty and meets our criteria for a refund. 
  • Customers have 14 days from date of delivery to return their order. 
  • Returned items must be unworn, in original condition and all original tags must remain attached. 
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item(s). 
  • We will not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled by courier or postal service.

Returning your item(s)

We'll get this sorted as soon as possible for you! We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. To return your items please:

  • Please complete and submit the online returns and exchanges form below.
  • Someone from our sales and support team will be in touch within 1-3 business days with your Return Authorisation Form.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of your order being delivered.
  • Place the Authorisation Form inside your parcel.
  • Send the parcel back to 6/41 Tennant St, Fyshwick, ACT 2609. ATTN: OzHelp Returns.
  • Once we receive your return, we will assess your order and if it's found to be in compliance with our return policy, we will complete your refund or size exchange. 

Faulty Items

Please complete and submit the Contact Us form including your order number and description of the fault, and one of our sales and support team will be in touch with you within 1-3 business days.
