Shipping and Delivery
- Standard processing and shipping times please allow 3-7 business days.
- For Pre-Order or Made-to-Order stock or busy periods such as product launches or sales, please allow up to 21 days for processing and delivery.
- Orders are processed between Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, AEST.
- Free local delivery to the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and surrounds will take place on a Thursday or Friday between 10am - 3pm.
- Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Returns and Exchanges
- Full refund or size exchange available for all full price items.
- Sale items are eligible for a size exchange only, unless item is deemed faulty and meets our criteria for a refund.
- Customers have 14 days from date of delivery to return their order.
- Returned items must be unworn, in original condition and all original tags must remain attached.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for for paying shipping costs to return your item(s).
- We will not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled by courier or postal service.
Is my purchase tax-deductible?
All purchases or donation of $2 and over are fully tax deductible.

OzHelp is a not for profit organisation that relies on community support in order to continue its early intervention strategies to prevent suicide.
Our programs raise awareness about the importance of mental health and wellbeing, improve individual levels of mental and physical health literacy, and provide referrals and follow up support. OzHelp is helping to instil social capabilities and life skills for Australian men and women to keep them healthy for life.
